How do I withdraw from my sFOX account?

Withdraw USD or cryptocurrency from your sFOX account by following these easy steps

Withdraw USD

Step 1: Add a Bank Account

  1. Sign in and visit the "Portfolio" page https://trade.sfox.com/portfolio

  2. Click "Deposit" on the upper right corner and select 'USD'. Then click on add a bank (if your bank has not been added yet)

You can link your bank account by signing into your bank's online portal (recommended for large banks) or by verifying 2 micro-deposits sFOX will send to your bank account. Signing into your bank's online portal will link your bank instantly. Confirming your micro-deposits will take approximately 3-business days.

Step 2: Choose your Withdrawal Type

After your bank has been added, select the type of withdrawal:

  • Wires carry a withdrawal fee (see below) and will seek to be processed same-business-day if created before 2pm ET and next-business-day if created after 2pm ET

  • ACH withdrawals have no fee and will be processed next business day, but may take up to 3-business days to process through the banking system

Wire Withdrawal

  1. Click "Withdraw" and select "USD"

  2. Select "Wire" as the withdrawal type

  3. Enter and confirm the withdrawal amount

  4. Enter any memo information helpful to processing the wire (international bank routing number, bank address)

  5. SFOX will process the wire to your bank

Step 3: Confirmation Process

If you have 2FA enabled, please confirm your 2FA. If you do not have 2FA enabled, please click the email confirmation link to approve your withdrawal.

Once you have selected your withdrawal option, your withdrawal status will show as Pending until the withdrawal is confirmed and cleared by SFOX staff.

Bitcoin (or other crypto) Withdrawals

For bitcoin or other crypto withdrawals:

  1. Sign in and visit the "Portfolio" page https://trade.sfox.com/portfolio

  2. Click "Withdraw" on the upper right corner and select the desired asset.

  3. Input your desired withdrawal address and amount before clicking confirm

  4. If you have 2FA enabled, please confirm your 2FA. If you do not have 2FA enabled, please click the email confirmation link

  5. Once confirmed, sFOX will send the asset to your desired external wallet

It is important to note that sFOX may review and/or batch process withdrawals which may delay on-chain delivery of your asset. If your withdrawal has not processed within a reasonable amount of time, please message support@sfox.com for assistance.
