Role and Permission Types

The permissions consist of admin, trade, deposit, withdraw, alter SAFE settings, approve/reject and read-only. When an added user generates API keys, the same set of permissions will apply to the key. For more information on generating API keys seethis article.

  2. Trade. Trade funds within the sFOX account.

  3. Deposit. Deposit new funds into the sFOX account

  4. Withdraw. Withdraw funds from sFOX to external accounts

  5. Alter SAFE Settings. Create workflow automation rules within the SAFE tab (https://trade.sfox.com/safe/settings). Only visible to SAFE customers.

  6. Approve/Reject. Approve/Reject workflow automation actions, like Withdrawal and Whitelist Withdrawal Address. (https://trade.sfox.com/safe/approvals). Only visible to SAFE customers.

  7. Read-Only. Read and download account history. (Basic Functionality)

Inviting an SMA with Read-only Privileges (such as a Fund Administrator/Third-party access): To add an SMA to your account with read-only API key privileges on the account you will follow the steps below:

  • In the email field, enter invitee email address

  • Select the checkbox for "Read-only" account privileges

  • Click Send Invite

Tips:

To create unique email addresses for the purpose of multiple accounts registration, most email providers allow aliases of existing emails (see example below), and both email addresses share the same inbox.

Original account: jsmith@TradingEntity.com

(Notice the ‘+’ symbol: any characters beyond it is ignored by email providers)
