What is Signet?

Signet is a digital payments platform built and operated by Signature Bank that leverages blockchain technology to allow payments in U.S. dollars anytime. Transactions are settled in real time, and incur no transaction fees.

Who is eligible to use Signet?

Signet can be used for transactions between commercial clients of Signature Bank and sFOX. sFOX is a commercial client, so other commercial clients of Signature Bank may deposit or withdraw USD to/from their sFOX accounts via Signet.

How do you use Signet with sFOX?

Deposits to your sFOX account from your Signet balance

  1. [One-time] Please email support@sfox.com and request sFOX’s signet address

  2. Link your Signature Bank account in the sFOX UI with your normal non-Signet account and routing numbers (all users are required to have a bank account on file with sFOX to process USD deposit or withdrawals)

  3. Initiate your transaction on Signet (Google Chrome is required)

  4. The amount will be credited to your sFOX balance when received

Withdrawals from your sFOX account

  1. Please email support@sfox.com and provide your signet wallet address or include the Signet address in the additional instructions when linking your bank in the sFOX UI

  2. Link your Signature Bank account in the sFOX UI with your normal non-Signet account and routing numbers (all users are required to have a bank account on file with sFOX to process USD deposit or withdrawals)

  3. Initiate your withdrawal as a normal wire transfer and we will send it via Signet
