Get Started
1. View your "Portfolio" page at https://trade.sfox.com/portfolio
2. Click (+) Deposit for the row of the asset you would like to deposit to display a deposit address for that cryptocurrency.
3. Use this deposit address as your destination address when you want to deposit cryptocurrency into your account. This static deposit address is now a permanent part of your sFOX account and any amounts for this asset sent to this address will be credited to your balance.
4. Outside of the sFOX website, open the external wallet you would like to deposit from, copy the deposit address that you generated from your sFOX account, and paste it as the receiving address on your external wallet then click send. Please double check that you are sending the correct asset to the correct address.
Important: Please only send Bitcoin to a Bitcoin address (or Litecoin to a Litecoin address, Ethereum to an Ethereum address, etc). Sending your cryptocurrency to the wrong address is irreversible and sFOX will likely not not be able to help you retrieve your funds. Always double check your destination and withdrawal addresses every time, and when in doubt, please send our support team (support@sfox.com) a message.
API based BTC address change (for advanced users):
We currently support adding a new BTC address through our API only (for advanced users). In order to add a new BTC address, please use:

Please note that this is strictly for API use, and there will not be any GUI available.
USD Deposits:
sFOX currently supports USD wire transfers
Step 1: Add a Bank Account
Sign in and visit the "Portfolio" page https://trade.sfox.com/portfolio
Click "Deposit" on the upper left corner and select 'USD'. Then click on add a bank (if your bank has not been added yet)
You can link your bank account by signing into your bank's online portal (recommended for large banks) or by verifying 2 micro-deposits sFOX will send to your bank account
Signing into your bank's online portal will link your bank instantly
Confirming your micro-deposits will take approximately 3-business days
Step 2: Deposit via Wire transfers
Click "Deposit" on the upper right corner (next to the bell icon) and select "Wire" as the deposit type
Document the wire instructions listed, paying close attention to the "sFOX User-Reference ID" listed. This ID must be included in the wire memo details so sFOX may properly apply the wire to your account
Log into your bank's online portal (or visit a local branch) and initiate a wire to sFOX for the desired amount
sFOX will notify you when our bank has received the wired funds and the amount has been applied to your sFOX account. This will likely be same-day if the wire is created before 4pm ET.
Please note ACH transfers are not currently supported.
