In order to buy bitcoin or other supported assets on sFOX, a user will need to fund their account with USD. One way to fund your account with USD is via a wire transfer from your bank account to your sFOX account.
How do I initiate a wire transfer?
Most US and non-US banks allow users to wire money in or out of their account although each bank will have its own policies on how a user can initiate a wire transfer. The most common allowed methods for initiating a wire transfer with your bank are:
Online within your internet banking gateway
In-person at a local bank branch
What information do I need to give my bank?
Once logged into your sFOX account, follow the steps below to pull unique wire instructions:
Navigate to the portfolio tab (https://trade.sfox.com/portfolio)
Click "Deposit" in the upper left
Select "USD" from the list of assets
Select "Wire" as the deposit type
Document the wire instructions listed, paying close attention to the "sFOX User-Reference ID" listed. This ID must be included in the wire memo details so sFOX may properly apply the wire to your account
What is the cost of a wire transfer?
Your bank will most likely charge you a wire out transfer fee between $10 and $30 dollars.
sFOX may charge a fee for crediting an incoming wire to your account. This fee can be found by following these steps:

Click "Deposit" in the upper left
Select "USD" from the list of assets

How long does it take between initiating my wire and my sFOX account being funded?
Banks only process wire transfers during normal banking business hours. This means that a wire transfer will likely not be finalized before the next banking business day if it is initiated outside of normal banking business hours. If you initiate a wire to sFOX on a banking business day:
Before 4pm ET, it will likely be credited to your account the same day
After 4pm ET, it will likely be credited to your account on the next available banking business day
Is there a minimum or maximum wire deposit size sFOX will allow?
Minimum: sFOX will not apply a wire of less than $25 to your account because sFOX charges a $25 wire deposit fee.
